Out of Control .. After expelling the government’s delegation, Haftar sets conditions for Dbaiba to enter Benghazi .. Will the government accept ?

Haftar still refuses to submit to state institutions and work under its leadership. After militants affiliated with him prevented the prime minister from visiting Benghazi last Monday, his spokesman, Ahmed Al-Mismari, issued a statement shortly before, requesting Dbaiba not to be accompanied by any security or army personnel for his meeting to take place in Benghazi, denying any ties with the government, whether official or service, so will the government accept Haftar’s conditions?

Above power

Al-Mismari said in a statement that they do not object to the Dbaiba government holding any meeting in any area under their control, especially in Benghazi, on the condition that Dbaiba does not bring any security personnel with him, describing them as militias

Al-Mismari added that they do not have any link with the government, whether sovereign, service, or even communication.

Canceling the visit

The national unity government headed by Dbaiba was planning to hold a meeting in the city of Benghazi last Monday after the Benina airport was surrounded by a militia affiliated with Haftar and the delegation was prevented from visiting

The official spokesman for the Prime Minister, Mohamed Hammouda, announced the cancellation of the visit without mentioning the reasons, instead Dbaiba had a meeting with his ministers in Tripoli.

One of them described him as a “Zionist” and confirmed their readiness to confront him with weapons in the event he landed in Benghazi, while another said that Benghazi is forbidden for Dbaiba as Mecca forbidden for Jews.

Previous statement
